일반 설명

Carbofuran is an anticholinesterase carbamate, which is commonly used as a pesticide. Its literature data on toxicity have been reviewed.[1] The effect from exposure to carbofuran has been investigated on acetylcholinesterase (AChE) activity in the brain and muscle of common carp (Cyprinus carpio).[2] Degradation studies using ozone, UV radiation and advanced oxidation processes (AOPs)[3] and by photocatalytic degradation have been investigated.[4] Ultra high performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) method to determine the carbofuran in water samples have been developed with satisfactory results.[5]
