General description

Multi-Layer Silica Gel Dioxin Column is compatible with the Dioxin Sample Preparation Kit. It is suitable for the solid phase extraction (SPE) technique.

It can be used for the purification of extracts containing polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins (PCDDs), polychlorinated dibenzofurans (PCDFs), and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), helping to remove impurities and isolate these target compounds for analysis.

Application

The Multi-Layer Silica Gel Dioxin Column has been used as a cleanup process to remove potential chromatographic interferences and prepare the samples for further analysis and quantification during the USEPA method.
