General description
The SE-30 column is a nonbonded column often used to perform separations in many applications areas.
Application
SE-30 may be used in the following applications:
- as a liquid phase for the gas-liquid chromatographic analysis of drugs.
- SE-30 glass capillary column may also be used to study the temperature dependence of the retention index for perfumery compounds.
- SE-30 column may also be used for gas-liquid chromatographic determination of fecal neutral sterols.
- It may also be used for determination of the absolute configuration of neutral monosaccharides, 2-acetamido-2-deoxy sugars, and uronic acids.
Chem/Phys Resistance
Temp. Limits:
- subambient to 320 °C
