Application

  • in phospholipid vesicle preparation for tryptophan (Trp) penetration depth experiments
  • to determine the bromination effect at different positions along the fatty acid chains
  • for quenching of human heat shock protein 70 (Hsp70) tryptophan (Trp) fluorescence
