Quinine sulfate is the sulfate salt of quinine, an alkaloid, obtained from the bark of Cinchona species.

Biochem/physiol Actions

カリウムチャネル遮断薬。抗マラリア剤、抗コリン剤、降圧剤、血糖降下剤です。元は南米のキナ科樹木から単離されたアルカロイドです。ミトコンドリアのATP調節性カリウムチャネルを阻害します。マラリア寄生虫の生体内で結晶化されたヘムであるヘモゾインの代謝の研究、およびヘム(FP)複合体の毒性の研究に用いられます。

カリウムチャネル遮断薬です。抗マラリア性
