イホスファミドはシクロホスファミドの構造異性体であるナイトロジェンマスタ-ド化合物です。イホスファミドはシトクロムP450によって生理活性物質に変化するプロドラッグです。イホスファミドはがん化学療法において抗悪性腫瘍剤として使用されますが、腎毒性を引き起こす可能性はシクロホスファミドよりも高いようです。
