Biochem/physiol Actions

ドーパミンD1受容体アゴニスト、降圧剤。

メシル酸フェノルドパムは、降圧薬として用いられる選択的ドーパミンD₁受容体アゴニストです。D₁-様ドーパミン受容体のアゴニストであり、穏やかな親和性でα2-アドレナリン受容体と結合します。D₂-様受容体、α1およびα-アドレナリン受容体、5HT₁および5HT₂受容体、またはムスカリン受容体には有意な親和性を示しません。メシル酸フェノルドパムは、ドーパミン1受容体とα2－アドレナリン受容体を刺激することによって末梢血管拡張を起こし、腎血流量を増加させます。
