General description
ピールアウェイ®包埋モールドは、凝固包埋ブロックからはがせるように設計された使い切りのパラフィンモールドです。寸法は22mm x 22mm平方 x 深さ20mm。組織学および病理学研究室で、組織を包埋したり、懸濁培養から生成した細胞をパラフィンワックスやその他の包埋媒体に包埋したりするために使用されます。ピールアウェイ®包埋モールドは、組織サンプルの方向を簡単に設定できる独自のデザインが特徴です。
Application
ピールアウェイ®包埋モールドは、以下の複数の用途に使用されます。
- 1%アガロースゲルに包埋した多細胞腫瘍スフェロイド（MTS）の組織学的および免疫組織化学的研究。
- 共焦点顕微鏡による脳組織の検査および画像の取得・分析用の試料の調製。6%低融点アガロース含有PBS溶液を、ピールアウェイ®包埋モールドに注入し、組織を覆いました。
- ピールアウェイ®包埋モールドは、胚切片の作製やマウス脊髄の急性組織の切片調製に適しています。

The molds are typically used for frozen sectioning, indicating a temperature range of -20°C to -25°C. There is no stability testing performed on these molds. There are no lids available. The mounting media itself acts as a barrier between the tissue and the external air.
