Application

ダルベッコ改変イーグル培地-低グルコースは、細胞株培養(細胞増殖用培地に使用される)とその維持に使用されます。[1]また、組織培養にも使用されます。[2]

Preparation Note

10.0 gの粉末で1 Lの培地ができる配合です。

3.7 g/Lの炭酸水素ナトリウムを添加してください。

Other Notes

幹細胞または細胞クローンを扱う研究者は、フェノールレッドを含まない培地をよく好みます。
