General description

CryoStor CS2、CS5、およびCS10保存溶液ファミリーは、次世代の凍結保存メディアを代表するものです。超低温（－80℃～－196℃）で細胞を調製および保存するよう設計された、CryoStorメディアは、細胞や組織の冷凍保存および解凍プロセスにおいて、安全で保護的な環境を提供します。これらの培地は、凍結保存プロセスに対する細胞の生化学的反応を調節することによって、細胞の生存力と機能を強化するため、血清やタンパク質、高濃度の細胞毒製剤を含める必要はありません。

CryoStor CS2, CS5およびCS10は、細胞特異性を有し最適化された保存培地のシリーズであり、凍結保存プロセス中に細胞の分子生物学的特性に対応するよう独自に製剤化されています。したがって、凍結保存に起因する遅発性細胞死の程度を低減し、解凍後の細胞の生存率および機能を改善します。

これらの培地は、幹細胞、肝細胞、組織サンプルやその他の極めて感受性の高い細胞種の保存に推奨されています。

Application

最適化された細胞特異的な保存培地シリーズCryoStorは、凍結保存過程にある細胞の分子生物学的側面に対処するために独自の処方がなされ、Cryopreservation-Induced Delayed-Onset Cell Deathの濃度を直接減少させ、解凍後の細胞の生存率と機能を改善しています。
CryoStor®細胞凍結保存培地は、下記の用途に使用されています：
  • T細胞の保存
  • ヒトiPS（人工多能性幹細胞）由来心筋細胞（hiPSC-CM）の保存
  • hiPSC由来心筋前駆細胞（hiPSC-CP）の保存
  • ウシアルブミンを含有する凍結保存液の成分として。

Biochem/physiol Actions

CryoStor® CS10は、10％のジメチルスルホキシド（DMSO）を含む、独自に製剤化された凍結保存用メディアです。肝細胞や組織サンプル、および他の極めて感受性の高い細胞タイプの保存にお勧めします。

  1. C2874 is shipped ambient for storage at 2-8oC. How long can the item be kept at room temperature?

    1. This item is stored refrigerated at 2-8°C. However, the product is shipped at ambient temperature. Shipping routes are configured to minimize transit time.

      Refrigerated products that ship at ambient temperature are considered stable up to 2 weeks for transit time.

  3. Dear, I am interested in buying the Cryostor CS10, 100 ml (C2874). I am wondering if the product packaging is a bag or a bottle. I can't find the information on the website. In advance, thank you for your answer. Best regards.

    1. This is packaged in a glass bottle with a polyethylene cap.
