Application
第一級アミン用チオ-ル試薬。穏和条件下でチオ-ルの脱保護を行うことができます。通常は、まずpH 7.5の緩衝条件下で第一級アミンを含む分子ととアミド結合により結合します。0.05 Mヒドロキシルアミンを用いると、中性pHでも脱保護を行うことができます。酵素免疫複合体やハプテン担体分子複合体の調製に有用です。

他のチオ-ル化試薬よりもはるかに高い効率で第一級アミンに結合します。 また、アミン本来の正電荷を中和します。
