細胞計数キット - 8（CCK-8）により、電子キャリアーである1-メトキシPMS存在下、生物還元による水溶性ホルマザン色素を生成する、WST-8（2-（2-メトキシ-4-ニトロフェニル）-3-（4-ニトロフェニル）-5-（2,4-ジスルホフェニル）-2H-テトラゾリウム、ナトリウム塩）を使用した簡便なアッセイが可能です。CCK-8溶液は、細胞に直接添加でき、コンポーネントの事前混合は必要ありません。 WST-8は、細胞のデヒドロゲナーゼによって生物還元され、組織培養培地に可溶のオレンジ色のホルマザン生成物を与えます。生成されたホルマザン色素の量は、生細胞の数に直接相関します。 CCK-8溶液は極めて安定であり、細胞毒性がないため、24～48時間の長時間インキュベーションが可能です。

100 Test means 100 wells, so only one 96-well plate?

The reagents provided in kit 96992 are sufficient for 100 tests. A 96 well microplate is not included with the kit. The customer must provide the 96 well plate. Although a solid 96 well plate can be used, a 96 well microplate with removable strips will allow for the most efficient use of the kit.

Is this kit suitable for use with HEK293 or HEK293f cells?
