Biochem/physiol Actions

作用機序：半合成のペニシリンであるアンピリシンは、細菌の細胞膜の内面でトランスペプチダーゼを失活させることによって細菌の細胞壁の合成を阻害するβ-ラクタムです。

耐性機序：β-ラクタマーゼを投与するとアンピシリンのラクタム環が開裂し、それを失活させます。

抗菌スペクトル：グラム陽性細菌（ベンジルペニシリンと同様）およびグラム陰性細菌（テトラサイクリンおよびクロラムフェニコールと同様）の両方に対して有効です。
