General description

Milliflex^®カセットは、すぐ使える寒天ベースの培地です。便利かつ迅速で信頼性の高いバイオバーデン試験のため、Milliflex^®またはMilliflex Oasis^®システムとともに使用します。この充填済み寒天カセットは、品質を保証し外因性汚染のリスクを回避しつつ、微生物汚染検査のワークフローを合理化するために役立ちます。各プレートは3つの部分から成り、培地約10 mLが入っています。トリプシン大豆寒天培地は、広範な細菌、酵母、およびカビの培養および単離に適した複合培地です。この培地は、レシチンおよびポリソルベート80などの中和剤とともに添加され、第四アンモニウム化合物および置換フェノール系消毒剤をそれぞれ中和します。

Application

トリプシン大豆寒天培地充填済みMilliflex^®カセットは、バイオバーデン試験および一般的な微生物学的分析に使用されています。一般に、容器、機器および表面の衛生処理の効率性を測定するために使用され、また水混和性化粧品にも使用されています。PVDFフィルターは、医薬品、化粧品、および醸造業界で幅広く使用されています。
