General description
1-ビニル-2-ピロリジノンは特有の臭気を持つ無色ないし黄色の液体です。その融点は13.5oC付近であり、およそ90-92oCで沸点に達します。VPは水やほとんどの有機溶媒に完全に混和しますが、脂肪族炭化水素には部分的に混和するだけです。高圧高温における2-ピロリドンとアセチレンVPの反応によるVPの工業的生産が報告されています。ビニル化プロセスは液相で進行し、3-ピロリドン－水酸化カリウムによって促進されます。
Application
1-ビニル-2-ピロジノン（VP）はポリ塩化ビニルタイプの分子のマクロフォトイニシエーター特性の研究で使われます。さらに、ポリビニルピロリドン被覆銀ナノ粒子の遺伝毒性の研究にも使用されます。[1]

If this product has an expiration or retest date, it will be shown on the Certificate of Analysis (COA, CofA). If there is no retest or expiration date listed on the product's COA, we do not have suitable stability data to determine a shelf life. For these products, the only date on the COA will be the release date; a retest, expiration, or use-by-date will not be displayed.

How is shipping temperature determined? And how is it related to the product storage temperature?

Products may be shipped at a different temperature than the recommended long-term storage temperature. If the product quality is sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped on wet or dry-ice. If the product quality is NOT affected by short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped at ambient temperature. As shipping routes are configured for minimum transit times, shipping at ambient temperature helps control shipping costs for our customers.
