Custom Rat / Mouse Monoclonal Antibody Production

Monoclonal Antibody Rat Mouse

Produced by obtaining antibody production cells with the Iliac lymph node method. The method can obtain a large number of positive clones with a shorter immunization period than the conventional spleen method.

Our service using the iliac lymph node method allows positive clones to be established in 1.5 months (approximately 45 days) at the earliest. The method can also obtain a greater number of positive clones than the spleen method, thus meeting customer needs in a variety of applications, including ELISA, immunostaining, flow cytometry, neutralization, and Western blotting.

Positive clones can be established in 1.5 months at the earliest

By using the iliac lymph node method, we can minimize the number of immunizations compared with that required for the conventional method. This greatly shortens the production period and enables the rapid delivery of monoclonal antibodies.

Customer-initiated work testing of antibodies

We will select positive clones in the process, and then provide the culture supernatant to the customer for evaluation of whether the antibody actually works in the customer's application.

Also, the entire process will be divided into 3 steps, and for each step, the customer will decide whether or not to proceed to the next step. Billing will occur at the end of each step.

Purified antibodies and hybridomas will be delivered / Intellectual property rights will be completely transferred

After delivery, mass cultivation and purification by the customer are also possible.

It is thus up to the customer to further expand the range of applications, such as product commercialization, and distribution and transfer to co-researchers.

Based on information obtained from the inquiries, a dedicated antibody expert will have a technical meeting with the customer to prepare the desired antibody.

A work schedule for the production of the antibody will be prepared and shown with the fee, and the customer can place the order if satisfied. A full technical support system will be in place during the process to provide progress reports and address requests for additional works.
