Custom Rabbit Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody Production

We will provide rabbit monoclonal antibodies with exceptional specificity, affinity, and consistency to meet customer needs and applications. We will be your essential partner in the development of pharmaceuticals and diagnostics.

  • Our unique Single Cell Picking Technology allows efficient selection of high-quality clones.
  • Recombinant antibodies are easily applicable to new antibody drugs, such as chimeric and hybrid antibodies.
  • Dedicated antibody experts who have produced hundreds of antibodies provide full support for the production of your desired antibody.
  • Intellectual property rights for the custom antibody will be completely transferred to the customer. The customer can freely patent, develop, distribute, and transfer the custom antibody, with no license-related barriers to commercialization.

Technologies for rabbit monoclonal antibody production

Single Cell Picking Technology

Lymphocytes collected after immunization will be used for direct selection of positive clones by single-cell ELISA. The direct screening of hundreds of thousands of cells in this process significantly reduces the loss of positive clones due to immortalization or vectorization, obtaining highly active clones in a highly efficient way without losing the pairing of heavy and light chains as in the phage display method.

Devices used: ASONE Cell Picking System (ASONE)

Delivered with Antibody Gene Inserted in Expression Vector

The antibody gene is delivered inserted in our original expression vector (for mammalian cells). The antibody is much more stable in this form than in the form of a hybridoma, and this is very useful for customers who require chimerization or humanization for application to antibody drugs and others.

Customer-Initiated Work Testing of Antibodies

We will select positive clones in the process, and then provide the culture supernatant to the customer for evaluation of whether the antibody actually works in the customer's application.

Also, the entire process will be divided into 4 steps, and for each step, the customer will decide whether or not to proceed to the next step. Billing will occur at the end of each step.

Step 1

  • Immunization of rabbits
  • Collection of lymphocytes
  • ELISA of lymphocyte culture supernatant

Deliverables

  • Work report (Evaluated by lymphocyte. Raw ELISA data will be delivered.)

Step 2

  • Isolation of positive single cells
  • Determination of antibody gene
  • 1st ELISA screening

Deliverables

  • Screening data
  • Positive culture supernatant samples

Customer Work Test (Evaluation and Judgement)

Step 3

  • Insertion of antibody gene into vector
  • 2nd ELISA screening

Deliverables

  • Screening data
  • Positive culture supernatant samples

Customer Work Test (Evaluation and Judgement)

Step 4

  • Sequencing
  • Delivery of antibody gene

Deliverables

  • Antibody gene (up to 5 clones)
  • Final Report

As a result of the prior hearing by our engineer, we may suggest a process different from above.

The customer will decide whether or not to proceed to the next step at completion of each step. After completion of each step, an operation fee will be charged. At the evaluation phase after step 3, if a satisfactory antibody is obtained, we will proceed to step 4 to deliver the clone.

Based on information obtained from the inquiries, a dedicated antibody expert will have a technical meeting with the customer to prepare the desired antibody.

A work schedule for the production of the antibody will be prepared and shown with the fee, and the customer can place the order if satisfied. A full technical support system will be in place during the process to provide progress reports and address requests for additional work.

1. Contact

*Account registration is required to place an order. Register here.

2. Primary Hearing

A technical service person will ask about the information and requests regarding the desired antibody to be produced.

3. Final Meeting

An engineer will visit the customer with the service person to discuss details such as the work process, visits, and goal settings.

4. Order

Based on the content of the meeting, we will provide a schedule and an estimate, and the customer can place the order if satisfied.

5. Antibody Preparation Work

Steps 1 to 4 (immunization, isolation of single cell, determination of antibody gene, and screening).

6. Delivery of Materials

Antibody gene and sequencing data
