General description
AnteoBind Sub-Micron has been used to stably activate many particles. Examples include MyOne Dynabeads®, Estapor® M1 and EM1 particles.
AnteoBind Sub-Micron has many advantages over existing methods such as EDC/NHS chemistry or alternative ″pre-activated″ methods such as Epoxy or Tosyl. AnteoBind is water based and replaces the dry chemicals you would use with the EDC method. Using AnteoBind instead of NHS/EDC chemistry can save up to 3-4 hours of lab time. Experiments have shown increased stability and functionality for antibodies and a decreased background. AnteoBind improves reproducibility between experiments by providing uniformity between surfaces. For particles larger than 1 ·m the recommended AnteoBind product is AnteoBind Micro.
Application
