Adhesive-free, low-lint sticks of cylindrically wound filter paper are ideal for a multitude of uses. Remove liquid residues from sample tubes and supernatants from centrifuge tubes; Thirsty Stix absorb at least 100% of their weight in water, and 50-100% of other liquids. Use with solvent to clean laboratory apparatus and small orifices. Use as a sterile sponge, even as a paper chromatography column.
