说明

一般描述

EZH2, EED, SUZ12, RbAp48 and AEBP2 are components of the polycomb repressive complex 2 (PRC2). The highly conserved complex methylates lysine 27 of histone H3. It also has a role in gene silencing and transcription repression.

应用

EZH2/EED/SUZ12/RbAp48/AEBP2 human is useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors and selectivity profiling.

制备说明

Thaw on ice. Upon first thaw, briefly spin tube containing enzyme to recover full content of the tube. Aliquot enzyme into single use aliquots. Store remaining undiluted enzyme in aliquots at -70°C. Note: Enzyme is very sensitive to freeze/thaw cycles.
