转移RNA(tRNA)是通过苯酚-氯仿萃取和乙醇沉淀从baker′s酵母中分离得到。tRNA是一类大约具有80个核苷酸长度的RNA分子,具有苜蓿叶形的二级结构和三级L形结构。

生化/生理作用
转移RNA(tRNA)在翻译过程中起重要作用。它负责向核糖体中添加氨基酸以形成肽链。tRNA包含一个用于mRNA碱基配对的反密码子区域和两个附着区域:用于氨基酸结合和tRNA合成酶识别。核糖体RNA能够促进tRNA沿mRNA的移动。
