應用
人骨钙素(片段1-49)已被用于鉴定和表征骨钙素的糖化加合物。也用于研究其对小鼠成肌细胞系C2C12分化的影响。
生化/生理作用
骨γ-羧基谷氨酸蛋白(BGLAP,骨钙素)可调节间充质干细胞的成骨分化。在骨的转换和矿化中起作用。还在能量代谢中起作用。骨钙素(BGLAP)可能是介导骨组织与葡萄糖代谢的因子。
