原理

葡萄糖氧化活性分析试剂盒提供简单和直接的方法,用于检测各种样本中的GOx活性。GOx活性可以通过偶联酶分析确定,GOx氧化D-葡萄糖,生成过氧化氢(H2O2)和探针反应,生成的比色(570nm)/荧光 (λex = 535/λem = 587 nm) 产物,和GOx成正比 。一单位GOx是37℃每分钟生成 1.0 μmole of H2O2的酶当量。
