原則

淀粉酶活性测定试剂盒可定量测定多种生物样品中的淀粉酶活性。该试剂盒快速,方便并且灵敏。在该试剂盒中,淀粉酶活性是通过耦合酶法测定的,其产生一个比色(405 nm)的产品,与底物的数量成比例的乙烯-pNP-G7,由淀粉酶裂解得到。一个单位的淀粉酶,在25℃下,每分钟可裂解乙烯-pNP-G7而产生1.0 μmole的 p-硝基酚。
