生化/生理作用

4-甲基伞形酮磷酸酯可作为钙调蛋白依赖性磷酸酶的荧光底物,也可用于碱性磷酸酶的动力学研究。在酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)中,可作为碱性磷酸酶作用底物。在人免疫缺陷型病毒抗体的酶免疫分析中,作为底物的4-甲基伞形酮磷酸酯比酚酞单磷酸酯灵敏7倍,比对硝基苯磷酸酯灵敏8-13倍。
