ADAM metallopeptidase domain 30 (ADAM30) is expressed in testis and the gene encoding it is localized on human chromosome 1p11-13. It is part of the A disintegrin and metalloproteinase domain (ADAM) family.

應用

Low levels of ADAM metallopeptidase domain 30 (ADAM30) has been linked to increased amyloid-β production and development of Alzheimer′s disease.
