应用

生化/生理作用

Adenylate kinases (AKs) are responsible for the nucleotide phosphoryl exchange reaction and thereby control ratios of adenine nucleotide in different intracellular regions. AK5 can phosphorylate AMP (adenosine monophosphate), CMP (cytidine monophosphate), dAMP (deoxy-AMP) and dCMP using ATP or GTP as phosphate donors.
