一般描述
免疫球蛋白G（IgG）属于免疫球蛋白家族，由恒定（C）区域中的伽马（γ）重链组成。IgG是广泛表达的血清抗体。IgG的单体结构含两条相同的重链和两条相同的轻链，分子量分别为50kDa和25kDa，该抗体的一级结构还包含二硫键，参与连接两条重链、连接重链和轻链并在链内保留。IgG 可进一步分为四种亚型，即IgG1、IgG2、IgG3 和 IgG4，而这四种亚型所含的不同重链分别称为 γ1、 γ2、 γ3 和 γ4。IgG 由 CD5+B细胞产生释放，CD5+B细胞是新生儿细胞库中最主要的淋巴细胞。
应用
兔抗猪 IgG（全分子）-FITC抗体用于直接免疫荧光标记。
生化/生理作用
免疫球蛋白G（IgG）参与II型和III型超敏反应。母体IgG是唯一能通过胎盘转运至胎儿的抗体。母体IgG被动免疫胎儿。
外形
0.01M 磷酸缓冲盐溶液，pH 7.4，含 15mM 叠氮化钠。
