應用

含金属强化剂的SIGMAFAST DAB 已被用于通过免疫组织化学观察肺组织切片、背根神经节(DRG)神经元和前十字韧带(ACL)细胞中胶原蛋白的免疫组织化学染色。
通过添加CoCl2可以增强DAB反应,并产生更强的耐酒精色斑。

重構
