應用

EMT6/P has been used to study the antitumor potential of a combination of melatonin and Propionibacterium acnes against breast cancer implanted in mice. It has also been used to determine the anti-proliferative effects of the combination of metformin and curcumin on breast cancer.

EMEM (EBSS) +2mM Glutamine + 1% Non Essential Amino Acids (NEAA) + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)

Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:3 to 1:6 using 0.25% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO₂;37ºC.
