Atto 488马来酰亚胺是一种亲水的荧光标记,具有高分子吸收(90.000)和量子产率(0.80)。在最大501纳米下可激发其荧光活性,523纳米下达到最大发射率。 Atto 488马来酰亚胺针对氩激光器的激发进行了优化,并具有高光稳定性。马来酰亚胺水解形成同分异构的无活性马来酸混合物的反应在硫醇修饰后可以大体完成,在pH高于8的条件下更是如此。偶联至底物后,该标记物携带-1的净电荷。

應用
