準備報告

将31.55 g玫瑰红琼脂培养基悬浮在1000 ml的蒸馏水中。煮沸以完全溶解培养基。在15lbs.压力(121°C)下高压蒸汽灭菌15分钟。冷却至45°C,再将2小瓶复水的氯霉素选择性补充剂(货号29231)加入1L 玫瑰红琼脂培养基中。充分混合,并倒入无菌培养皿中。
