最新研发的SNAP id 2.0蛋白检测系统是SNAP i.d.的第二代，用于检测蛋白质印迹膜上的免疫反应性蛋白。独创性真空驱动机制，大大减少免疫检测时间。传统的蛋白质印迹耗时4-24小时，SNAP i.d. 2.0加速系统缩短至30分钟，同时不造成质量和信号损失。SNAP id 2.0加速系统用于蛋白转移到膜后的全部免疫检测步骤，包括封闭、洗涤、一抗二抗孵育。SNAP id 2.0迷你膜夹片可容纳7.5 × 8.4 cm大小的印迹膜。

特點和優勢

SNAP id 2.0蛋白检测系统的特点：

• 检测基座上是2个独立控制的真空驱动单元，最多可同时处理4张印迹膜
• 可拆卸印迹框有三种尺寸：MultiBlot、Mini和Midi，可容纳不同大小的膜
• 适合MultiBlot、Mini和Midi印迹框的一次性膜夹片
• SNAP id第一代系统需要的印迹隔片已经融入新一代的膜夹片
• 可选择延长印迹处理或脱机处理：印迹框带盖，可从基座取下，进行延长孵育（1小时至过夜）、振荡器孵育或4 °C孵育
• 可叠放印迹框可同时处理多张膜。30分钟即可完成免疫检测反应，获得整张均匀的膜信号
• 使用SNAP id 2.0抗体收集盘，抗体回收率高于80%
• 兼容硝酸纤维素膜和聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)膜
