一般說明
泛素作为标志物发挥作用，指示细胞中其他蛋白质的命运。它可以作为单个分子或多聚泛素链连接。尽管泛素化的蛋白质通常会被20S蛋白酶体标记为降解，但泛素化也可能表明其他命运，具体取决于将泛素链连接至目标蛋白质所涉及的赖氨酸残基。通过Lys33连接到激酶底物（例如AMP激活的蛋白激酶（AMPKα1、BRSK1、MARK3、MARK4和NUAK1））的泛素链可能会激活或失活这些蛋白，从而支持泛素在调节信号传导中的作用。
特異性
该抗体仅检测线性泛素。
