一般說明
非放射性Rac1活化测定试剂盒可用于沉淀细胞裂解物中的Ras相关C3肉毒杆菌毒素底物1 (Rac1)-GTP，并通过Rac1特异性单克隆抗体检测。Rac1属于小鸟苷三磷酸酶（GTPases）的Ras超级家族。它以两种主要形式表达，即非活性GDP结合形式和活性GTP结合形式。Rac1通过与激活多种信号级联的效应物相互作用，参与影响多种生理条件。RAC1基因位于人染色体7p22.1。
應用
Rac1激活测定试剂盒已用于通过免疫印迹法检测小鼠和人脑匀浆中的活性Ras相关C3肉毒杆菌毒素底物1 (Rac1)。
