應用

18:0 Lyso PI或(1-硬脂酰-2-羟基-sn-甘油-3-磷酸肌醇)已用作溶血磷脂酰肌醇(LPI)的底物,在溶血磷脂酰肌醇酰基转移酶生化分析中测定肝脏微粒体的溶血磷脂酰肌醇酰基转移酶(LPIAT)活性。作为人工合成的LPI,它可与肝脏LPI比较其在转铁蛋白(Tf)内吞中的作用。它还用作去势大鼠的血清LPI水平定量分析的LPI标准品。

生化/生理作用

L-α-溶血磷脂酰肌醇(LPI)循环水平的升高与癌症相关,而且LPI是G蛋白偶联受体GPR55的有效配体。
溶血磷脂酰肌醇(LPI)具有丝裂原活性,可用作生物活性溶血磷脂介质。它可作为脂质介质。
