一般描述
N-(3-氨丙基)甲基丙烯酰胺盐酸(APMA)是一种氨基烷基甲基丙烯酰胺化合物，可通过在1,3-二氨基丙烷二盐酸盐溶液中加入1,3-二氨基丙烷，并进一步加入甲基丙烯酸酐和氢醌而合成。它的伯胺基团具有pH响应性、对阴离子药物的亲和性以及可结合多种化学结构等优点。
