钛酸锶(SrTiO3)是具有钙钛矿结构的氧化物晶体。具有高介电常数,是极具潜力的电子材料。钛酸锶的密度为4.81 g/mL(25 °C (lit.)),熔点约2060°C。因出色的介电性质广泛用于制造电容器、绝缘体、压电器件。钛酸锶还用于制造晶体管和传感器等先进电子器件的薄膜。独特的光学特性令其适合光子学和光电学应用。

Novel PMMA-STO-CNT matrices were created by opened-tip vertically aligned multiwalled carbon nanotubes (VA-MWCNTs) with conformal coatings of strontium titanate (STO) and poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA).
