Fast Red TR is a diazonium dye. It serves as a chromogenic substrate for alkaline phosphatase (AP), a common antibody conjugate widely used fin immunohistochemical applications.

Application

Fast Red TR Salt hemi (zinc chloride) salt has been used in the preparation of staining solutions to stain TRACP (tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase). It is also used for the detection of alkaline phosphatase.
