A dehydrated infusion from vegetable proteins under controlled conditions. Growth supporting properties of this infusion is comparable with Infusion powder from bovine heart (Cat. No. 57462). It is suitable for cultivation of fastidious organisms, for the fermentative production of vaccines and for preparing Blood Agar.
