Description générale

Bisphenol A (3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl) glycidyl ether is a chlorinated derivative, which is released during the thermal coating treatment of food cans, big storage vessels and food containers.

Application

Bisphenol A (3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl) glycidyl ether may be used as a reference standard for the determination of bisphenol A (3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl) glycidyl ether in canned food and beverages using fast liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS).
