Description générale

Standardized sorbents ensure reliable results every time. Our broad spectrum meets all kinds of needs. In TLC, silica gel 60 sorbent is considered the most versatile. Our assortment of silica gel 60 features different grades with particle sizes ranging from 5-40 µm: silica with a gypsum binder, silica with no foreign binder, and silica gel with a fluorescence indicator. We also offer high-quality aluminum oxide, cellulose microcrystalline, and kieselgur (also known as diatomaceous earth).

Application

  • Chromatographic Separation of the Novel Hypoglycemic Drug Mitiglinide in its Bulk Powder and Pharmaceutical Formulation: Forced Degradation and Validated Stability-Indicating HPTLC/Densitometry and HPLC/UV Methods.: This research demonstrates the use of Silica gel 60 GF254 in the chromatographic separation of Mitiglinide, providing robust methods for stability and degradation analysis crucial for regulatory compliance and quality assurance in pharmaceuticals (Eissa MS et al., 2020).

  • Quality Risk Management-Based AQbD Approach to Development of VEER Chromatography Method for the Estimation of Multiple Combined Formulations of Anti-Hypertensive Drugs.: Leveraging Silica gel 60 GF254, this study outlines a novel chromatographic method development under the Analytical Quality by Design (AQbD) framework, enhancing the reliability and efficiency of drug analysis processes (Prajapati PB et al., 2021).

  • HPTLC and Spectrophotometric Estimation of Febuxostat and Diclofenac Potassium in Their Combined Tablets.: Utilizing Silica gel 60 GF254, this study presents a high-performance thin-layer chromatographic method for simultaneous estimation of Febuxostat and Diclofenac, demonstrating the gels utility in multi-drug analysis (El-Yazbi FA et al., 2016).

  • Distribution of withaferin A, an anticancer potential agent, in different parts of two varieties of Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal. grown in Sri Lanka.: This research used Silica gel 60 GF254 in the quantification of withaferin A across different plant parts, highlighting its application in the study of pharmacologically active compounds in medicinal plants (Siriwardane AS et al., 2013).

  • Simultaneous determination of metronidazole and miconazole nitrate in gel by HPTLC.: Demonstrating the adaptability of Silica gel 60 GF254, this study provides a validated HPTLC method for analyzing metronidazole and miconazole nitrate in a topical gel, crucial for ensuring therapeutic efficacy and safety in dermatological treatments (Meshram DB et al., 2009).
