General description

Ideal for MAb and cellular protein production. Viable in vitro alternative to useing mouse ascites. Bioreactors will utilize innovative membrane technology to separate the cell cultivation area from the media chamber. Cell and cellular-secreted product with a MWCO of 10 kD are retained between two non-cytotoxic membranes. The upper semi-permeable membrane allows continuous nutrient diffusion and waste elimination. The lower membrane provides direct oxygenation and ensures optimum gas exchange.

Other Notes

Capable of yeilding concentrated antibodies up to 1-2 mg/mL. Stackable and may be reused with the same cell line under asceptic conditions.

The biophysical and molecular mechanisms that enable animals to detect magnetic fields are unknown. It has been proposed that birds have a light-dependent magnetic compass that relies on the formation of radical pairs within cryptochrome molecules. Using spectroscopic methods, we
