Application

Utilizada para la desnaturalización de proteínas y como suave agente de solubilización para las proteínas insolubles o desnaturalizadas. Útil para la renaturalización de proteínas de muestras ya desnaturalizadas con cloruro de guanidina 6 M como los cuerpos de inclusión. Puede utilizarse con clorhidrato de guanidina y ditiotreitol (DTT) en el repliegue de las proteínas desnaturalizadas a su forma nativa o activa.

Urea USP reference standard, intended for use in specified quality tests and assays as specified in the USP compendia. Also, for use with USP monographs such as:

• Urea C 13
• Urea Compounded Irrigation
• Fluorouracil Cream
• Allantoin
• Fluorouracil
