- Use on the bench, with water baths or ice containers
- Keeps microtubes afloat in a water bath or can be pushed into crushed ice — perfect for controlling sample temperature
- Attach legs so rack stands upright on bench top
- Detach legs so samples can be quickly removed by pushing down onto any surface
- Not recommended for autoclaving
