The gene LRRC70 (leucine rich repeat containing 70) is mapped to human chromosome 5q12. It is expressed in smooth muscle, brain, uterus, pancreas, cartilage, adipose, spleen, and testis at low levels.

Anti-LRRC70 antibody produced in rabbit, a Prestige Antibody, is developed and validated by the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) project . The gene LRRC70 (leucine rich repeat containing 70) is also called as SLRN (Synleurin) and encodes a single span transmembrane leucine-rich repeat (LRR) protein that contains an extracellular domain with LRR cassette. The protein enhances cell′s response to cytokine stimulation.
