Application
Atto fluorescent labels are designed for high sensitivity applications, including single molecule detection. Atto labels have rigid structures that do not show any cis-trans-isomerization. Thus these labels display exceptional intensity with minimal spectral shift on conjugation. Atto 488 biotin is suitable for fluorescence labeling of avidin/streptavidin conjugated molecules.

What linker molecule is used between the biotin and the atto 488 dye? Where can I see a skeleton structure of the product? The structure on the data sheet is incomplete, it only shows the structure of the dye.
