General description
Se recomiendan las placas de membrana de fluoruro de polivinilideno (PVDF) sobre el formato de ésteres mezclados de celulosa, debido a la unión ligeramente mejor del anticuerpo de captura y al rendimiento superior en la detección de puntos, en particular para aplicaciones fluorescentes.
Application

- células plasmáticas productoras de ADN bicatenario
- células B de memoria y células plasmáticas de larga vida localizadas en la médula ósea
- que drenan los ganglios linfáticos y células del bazo
