Aplicación

16:0 PEG350 PE is suitable for use in the preparation of Pdots and to differentiate based on shell′s composition.[2] It might also be used in membrane preparation to study water dynamics.[1]

Acciones bioquímicas o fisiológicas

Polyethylene glycol (PEG) conjugated phospholipids are useful in liposome formulation[3] for maintaining their stereochemistry.[4] They also serve as drug carriers.[5] PEGylated lipids aid in the formation of mixed micelles at high concentration.[4]
