Actions biochimiques/physiologiques

TANC2 (tetratricopeptide repeat, ankyrin repeat and coiled-coil containing 2) participates in the growth, survival and transformation of breast cancer cells. It is differentially expressed in postmortem brains of humans with frontotemporal lobar degeneration.
